Organizing Engaging Events for Thousands of HR Professionals
COVID-19 threw everyone and everything for a loop, especially human resources. When Megan took over the role of Director of HR Indiana SHRM, she didn’t know she’d have to organize one of the nation’s largest HR conferences amid a pandemic.
After a decision to move to a completely virtual conference in 2020, Megan and the team worked to create a safe and engaging in-person event in August 2021, with over 1000 attendees and a strong financial return to the organization!
